Our Story
Trophy Pizza exists to make the best slice of pizza in Cincinnati. Pizza connects us to a simple joy we’ve all experienced since we were children. We created Trophy Pizza to share that feeling with you and to distill it into every bite of the freshest slice of New York pizza this side of the Hudson River. Great New York style pizza is different from anything you can get in Cincinnati. It all starts with a light, crispy crust topped generously with a fresh tangy sauce, sealed with the best mozzarella and baked directly on a 600 degree stone. Each part is deceptively simple, but the result is alchemical and produces flavors and textures that make it nearly impossible to eat just one slice. We guarantee you’ll keep coming back for more!
We are veterans of the Cincinnati and Brooklyn bar and restaurant scene who have come together around the love of authentic New York pizza. The long and short of it: we couldn’t find the slice of pizza we crave in Cincinnati, so we decided to make it. We hope you love it as much as we do!
